Rev. Jack was ordained in 1985 through the California Institute of Religious Science, which is affiliated with the Centers for Spiritual Living in Golden, Colorado. A graduate of John F. Kennedy University, his secular career found him serving for over 30 years as a Management and Human Resource executive specializing in start-ups, acquisitions and corporate realignment.
 
In 2009, he became the President of Heart and Soul Center of Light, a CSL in Oakland. In 15 years, he has raised it from very little income to bringing in $30,000 to $40,000 a month. It does social activism to provide community service. In 2016, he was brought into the Central Valley CSL in Fresno to access why they were no longer thriving. He found the group was not willing to grow, and he helped close the center.
 
For the last four years, Rev. Jack has served as the Founder and Spiritual Director of ElderPride, a focus ministry to empower members of the LGBTQ 60+ community to live full, authentic, and rewarding lives.
